Asset Performance Management Introduction
This is a short introductory course on Asset Performance Management and the Industry 4.0 technologies needed to have success with it. It shows how APM enhances and expands the capabilities of Condition Based Maintenance Programs while delivering superior operational performance.
Asset Performance Management is similar to Condition-Based Maintenance yet it goes well beyond CBM’s capabilities. It leverages technologies now available in this fourth Industrial Revolution (Industry 4.0), like the Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT), Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), the Cloud, and high-speed data networking. Leveraging the stream of data that can be produced by your own production equipment, it promises to go far beyond early warning of some machine breakdowns and truly enhancing production efficiency.
This course involves 2h and 20 minutes of instruction and a 40 minutes exam. Successful completion earns 0.3 CEUs.

RCM-R Basic Yellow Belt Certification
Reliability Centered Maintenance is the top method for formally defining effective failure management strategies for physical assets in their present operating contexts. It has been well-proven to be highly successful in achieving cost savings, production increases, safety, and environmental performance improvements. Basic RCM complies with the standard, SAE JA-1011. RCM-R goes well beyond that compliance with several enhancements. RCM-R® takes a fresh look at a proven and highly successful method for determining failure management policies for physical assets. It complies fully with SAE standards, JA-1011 and 1012 and the re-engineering we’ve applied takes it beyond what those standards require – it is enhanced. Students earn 1.1 CEUs upon successful completion of this course.$850.00
