Overview

Our products are virtual. There is no “returns” policy.

Refunds will be issued up to 7 days from purchase provided the product has not been used. Usage means the course / product has been accessed, viewed or any of its content downloaded. This includes courses marked as “protected” purchased in error. Those products require a password to access the course, even if purchased. A password will be provided for users who meet the conditions for those “protected” products. It will not be provided if the user does not meet the conditions for use. Refunds are subject to a $250 administrative fee.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused.

Downloadable software products are ineligible for return and refund

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Book with obvious signs of use
  • CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned or for which a refund is requested more than 7 days after delivery

Refunds

Once you request your refund we will examine your user records. If the product has been used a refund will not be issued and you will be notified. If you are unable to access a “protected” product and do not meet the conditions for access, you will be issued a refund, less our administrative fee.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We do not exchange one item for another. You can request a refund, or you can ask that the product be registered to another user.
