This adds to the RCM-R Yellow Belt certification. In total, two full analyses are needed for the Orange Belt. Both must be completed and submitted for review by one of our Black Belt Instructors. These analyses must be facilitated by a Certified RCM-R Facilitator (Brown or Black Belt). Facilitation can be done either on-site with your team or remotely using virtual facilitation.

Access to this product provides access to a number of files that can be used as templates for completing the RCM-R analyses. You’ll prepare an operating context and a complete analysis (spreadsheet template is included) along with a summary report. Those will be reviewed by an RCM-R Black Belt and feedback will be provided. If the quality of the work is good, then each analysis is half the Orange Belt requirement. Both submissions are required for certification.

If your company is running an RCM-R project with facilitators who are already certified in RCM-R, then those analyses can be used for Orange Belt certification purposes. Your operating context or report should name the team and the facilitator so we can confirm certification status.

Note that if you have completed our RCM-R Basic Yellow Belt Certification course (online e-learning course) you should use our RCM-R Orange Belt Certification (for teams of up to 5 persons).  To use this method of obtaining your Orange Belt you should have earned your Yellow Belt through Equivalence.
